Creamy Champagne Sauce
Makes: About 1/3 cup Total time: 5 minutes
| 3 | Tbsp. light mayonnaise3 Tbsp. |
| 2 | Tbsp. dry sparkling wine or dry white wine2 Tbsp. |
| 1 | Tbsp. light sour cream1 Tbsp. |
| 1 | tsp. Dijon mustard1 tsp. |
| 1 | tsp. grated Parmesan cheese1 tsp. |
| ½ | tsp. Worcestershire sauce 1/2 tsp. |
| 1 | dash Tabasco sauce1 dash |
| Kosher salt and pepper to taste | |
| 1 | tsp. chopped fresh chives1 tsp. |
Whisk together mayonnaise, sparkling wine, sour cream, mustard, Parmesan, Worcestershire sauce, Tabasco, salt, and pepper in a small bowl.
Heat sauce in microwave until warm, about 20 seconds. Stir in chives. Serve sauce on Oven-Steamed Salmon.
