Creamy Champagne Sauce

Makes: About 1/3 cup Total time: 5 minutes

3Tbsp. light mayonnaise3 Tbsp.
2Tbsp. dry sparkling wine or dry white wine2 Tbsp.
1Tbsp. light sour cream1 Tbsp.
1tsp. Dijon mustard1 tsp.
1tsp. grated Parmesan cheese1 tsp.
½tsp. Worcestershire sauce 1/2 tsp.
1dash Tabasco sauce1 dash
Kosher salt and pepper to taste
1tsp. chopped fresh chives1 tsp.

Whisk together mayonnaise, sparkling wine, sour cream, mustard, Parmesan, Worcestershire sauce, Tabasco, salt, and pepper in a small bowl.

Heat sauce in microwave until warm, about 20 seconds. Stir in chives. Serve sauce on Oven-Steamed Salmon.
