Thai Peanut Sauce

Makes: 1 3/4 cups Total time: 10 mintes

12 1/2cup hoisin sauce
12 1/2cup creamy peanut butter
12 1/2cup low-sodium chicken broth
33Tbsp. light soy sauce
33Tbsp. honey
22Tbsp. minced garlic
22Tbsp. minced gingerroot
22Tbsp. sesame oil
22Tbsp. red wine vinegar
11Tbsp. sugar
11Tbsp. chili garlic sauce

Combine all ingredients in a saucepan and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer sauce for 2 minutes. Remove sauce from heat and cool to room temperature. Serve cool or keep refrigerated until ready to use.
