Thai Peanut Sauce

12cup hoisin sauce12 cup
12cup creamy peanut butter12 cup
12cup low-sodium chicken broth12 cup
3Tbsp. light soy sauce3 Tbsp.
3Tbsp. honey3 Tbsp.
2Tbsp. minced garlic2 Tbsp.
2Tbsp. minced gingerroot2 Tbsp.
2Tbsp. sesame oil2 Tbsp.
2Tbsp. red wine vinegar2 Tbsp.
1Tbsp. sugar1 Tbsp.
1Tbsp. chili garlic sauce1 Tbsp.

Combine all ingredients in a saucepan and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer sauce for 2 minutes. Remove sauce from heat and cool to room temperature. Serve cool or keep refrigerated until ready to use.
