French Market Salad

You can serve this salad with the frittata whether it's for brunch, lunch, or dinner.

FOR THE VINAIGRETTE, WHISK:
2Tbsp. white wine vinegar2 Tbsp.
1Tbsp. minced shallots1 Tbsp.
1tsp. Dijon mustard1 tsp.
1Tbsp. extra-virgin olive oil1 Tbsp.
Salt and black pepper to taste
FOR THE SALAD, TOSS:
1pkg. mixed salad greens (5 oz.)1 pkg.
13cup sliced radishes13 cup
14cup minced scallions14 cup

For the vinaigrette, whisk together vinegar, shallots, and Dijon. Drizzle in oil while whisking until combined, then season with salt and pepper.

For the salad, toss greens, radishes, and scallions with vinaigrette.
