Honeydew 'Rita
Melon makes its way into margaritas for a new twist on an old favorite.

Rub the rims of cocktail glasses with limes, then coat in salt or sugar (depending on your taste preference).
Blend ice, melon, tequila, honey, and lime juice in a blender until smooth. Divide between prepared glasses.
Garnish with melon and mint sprigs.
