Sugar & Spice Bacon

When coating bacon with glaze, remove pan from heat if syrup starts to burn.

8strips thick-sliced bacon8 strips
2Tbsp. brown sugar2 Tbsp.
1Tbsp. red wine vinegar1 Tbsp.
14tsp. cayenne pepper14 tsp.

Fry bacon in a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat until crisp. Drain bacon on a paper-towel-lined plate; pour off drippings in skillet.

Add sugar, vinegar, and cayenne to skillet; simmer over medium heat, 30 seconds. Reduce heat to low, return bacon to pan, and turn strips until they're coated with glaze.
