Spiced Sweet Potato Fries
Watch the potatoes as they bake and turn as needed to prevent burning or sticking to the baking sheet. Remove fries as they get crispy.

|2||2 medium sweet potatoes (1 lb.), peeled, cut into matchsticks|
|1||1Tbsp. olive oil|
|1||1Tbsp. brown sugar|
|1||1tsp. kosher salt|
|1⁄2||1/2tsp. each chili powder and black pepper|
|1⁄4||1/4tsp. ground cinnamon|
Preheat oven to 450°. Line two baking sheets with foil.
Toss sweet potatoes with oil, sugar, salt, chili powder, pepper, and cinnamon.
Arrange potatoes on prepared baking sheets in a single layer and bake 10–15 minutes. Turn potatoes over and rotate sheets; bake until crispy, 10–15 minutes more.
